Mini Cooper Prize Draw Full Terms and Conditions
- The promotion is open to all entrants aged 18 or over who are real King Solomons Casino players. Employees of King Solomons Casino and other third parties involved in this promotion and their families are excluded from taking part in this promotion.
- Entry to the draw is by playing at King Solomons Casino with real money. Only one entry per person will be valid. Entries from multiple accounts that belong to the same person will be deemed invalid. Entries from accounts with incomplete or bogus details will be deemed invalid.
- The winner of the car will be selected at random by an independent party from all the entries received on 14 January 2009.
- The prize is a new Mini Cooper worth up to GBP10,000. Any optional extras are not included. The colour and exact specification of the Mini Cooper will be selected by King Solomons Casino.
- No additional expenses will be met by King Solomons Casino.
- No cash or other alternative will be offered, nor may the prize be transferred. However in the event that the prize is not available, King Solomons reserves the right to substitute the prize to one of equal value.
- The images of the Mini Cooper used in this promotion are for illustration purposes only and may differ from the model awarded as the prize
- The winner will be notified by telephone and then by post or e-mail within 14 days of the closing date. The prize will be available for collection within 12 weeks following the prize draw subject to the availability of the car from the manufacturer and no extenuating circumstances preventing production.
- The winner will be required to provide proof of eligibility and identity when claiming the prize. The winner will be responsible for collecting the vehicle. If the winner fails to claim the prize within 6 weeks from the date of notification that the prize is ready for collection, then King Solomons Casino reserves the right to select at random an alternative winner.
- The decision of King Solomons Casino in all matters is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- This promotion will be governed by the laws on Curacao
- The winner will be required to take part in any publicity accompanying or resulting from the promotion which may include the publication of photographs in local or national media. Participation in this competition will be taken to signify consent.
